it loads faster.
This behaviour of the brain in days gone past was needed for the more abundant life and death situations our bodies had to overcome.
Although, this creates a rigid instance of us, where the past dictates how we react and behave.
Awareness of how you are being in an instance and deciding on how you want to be is key.
At first this will seem very slow, yet once you create a habit around this you will be more empowered around any situation.
This can be used in Real Life to improve interpersonal, communications skills etc… and Gaming to improve gaming skills.
When gaming, fast reflexes are good although it is what you do when you react that is more important. Find yourself always on the top of the fragged list? Then create awareness around what you do when confronted with decisions and review them. Also, watch videos of good players and see how they react and what they do.
Creating habits around awareness will improve many aspects of your Gaming and Real Life.
