Achieve before Reward
Achieve before Reward
Achieve something before giving yourself a reward. The harder or longer duration the task or activity, the greater the reward. If motivation is low, start with small goals and gradually progress.

✅ 2-to-1 ratio, for every hour spent on a productive task have 30 minutes of gaming.

❌ No more than 2 hours gaming in a day.

✅ Reset your rewards each day, the goal is to sustain a cycle of achievement.

✅ Get exposure to sunlight early in the morning for 5 to 10 minutes; always be sun safe.
